Mike is a senior IT and business executive with 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare IT, telecommunications, and consulting industries. He has played a central role in defining strategy and road maps, while providing operational and technical expertise to companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 10 multinationals. He has delivered innovative solutions across various business disciplines including R&D, sales, HR, medical affairs, marketing, clinical, logistics, and more. He has established international logistics and support capabilities for several companies in the US and abroad and has conducted due diligence for organizations considering acquistions or mergers. Mike holds an MBA in Technology Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a formally trained facilitator. He additionally served for 13 years as an officer in the US Army Reserve.

Michele Clayton is a senior project leader, and certified PMP professional, with more than 15 years experience in leading any sized initiative to deliver high value results. She is recognized by her clients for a unique ability to manage complex deliverables and coordinate across silos. Unlike many project managers who simply tell you where you are, Michele enables projects and teams to anticipate and remediate problems before they occur.
Michele has extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) business processes and systems but is also well versed in managing software development projects, sales projects, and civil engineering activities. Some select accomplishments include:
• Leading the project management initiative for a global $4.3B corporation to successfully implement SAP HCM in only 10 months.
• Defining HR service delivery capabilities and service metrics to enable the international expansion and headquarters relocation of a major pharmaceutical company.
• Serve as product manager for the CRM service applications at a market leading software company.
• Assist a leading civil engineering firm in the development of processes to evaluate the impact, benefits, and risks of proposed new construction projects.
Michele holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Penn State University. She completed a program in clinical trials design and management at the University of California, and also holds the most important industry-recognized certification for project management, the PMP credential.

Karen Ballentine offers 16 years of experience in information technology in the financial, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Vince Albicelli brings nearly 30 years experience utilizing Internet technologies in the public, private, and academic sectors including 16 years focused exclusively on the pharmaceutical industry.
